Estimate Disclaimer: Please be aware that all online estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. These estimates are formulated based on our extensive experience serving households with similar requirements. Every move is distinctive, and thus, we do not provide fixed-rate estimates. Several factors, including the presence of stairs or elevators, the distance from the residence to the truck parking area, and driving time, can influence the duration of our service.

Service Minimums: To schedule a move, certain service minimums must be met. For local moves, we require a minimum of 3 hours on most standard days. On Saturday mornings, specific remote locations, and certain peak days, a minimum of 4 hours is necessary.

Double Driving Time: We adhere to the regulations set forth by the California Public Utilities Commission, requiring licensed and insured moving companies in the state of California to charge double the driving time between pick-up and drop-off locations. For further details, please refer to the Maximum Rate Tariff (Item 36, page 9), which outlines the guidelines for licensed moving companies in California. This document can be accessed for free on the CPUC website. Additional information is available on our website.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash and credit/debit cards as payment methods. Please note that personal, business, or cashier's checks are not accepted. The hourly rate will continue until we receive full payment. During the move and final inspection, the client or a significant other must be present. Furthermore, the primary cardholder must also be present to sign the receipt on the credit card slip, accompanied by a government-issued photo ID or driver's license matching the credit card.

Household Appliances: While we can assist with reconnecting and disconnecting appliances, it's essential to understand that we are not an appliance service company. We do not provide or carry liability coverage for the reconnection of water and gas lines, pipes, and faucets. If customers insist on reconnection, it is their responsibility to ensure that washers, dryers, refrigerators, and faucets are properly connected to prevent accidents. Additionally, we do not cover any mechanical derangement of appliances during transport, unless external physical damage is caused by our movers.

Packing Services: Our movers are equipped to pack items not being packed by the owner, upon request. We provide plastic wrap and tape free of charge. However, materials such as boxes, packing paper, and bubble wrap are optional and available for purchase.

Parking Tickets: Customers are responsible for arranging parking. Any parking tickets incurred due to the absence of parking permits or inadequate parking arrangements are to be paid by the customer.

Walls and Hardwood Floors: Our movers are capable of moving heavy and bulky items safely. However, requests to move oversized furniture through narrow hallways may risk damage to floor and wall surfaces. In such cases, if you choose to proceed, please be aware that the Moving Company will not be held responsible for any resulting damage.

Plants: We can transport potted plants for both home and garden purposes. We take precautions to protect and handle them with care, but due to their fragile nature, we cannot guarantee their intact arrival. Heavy and bulky potted plants are subject to a "heavy item fee."

Extra Charges: Additional charges may apply for certain items or services, including packing materials such as regular boxes, packing paper, and bubble wrap (excluding tape and plastic wrap), heavy and bulky items such as pianos and gun safes, overnight and in-transit storage, double the driving time, and tolls.

TV Mounts: We can remove wall-mounted TVs, mirrors, and artwork, but please note that we do not provide mounting services at the new location. For such projects, we recommend hiring a licensed building contractor or handyman.

Flat TVs: When transporting LED and LCD TVs, we take maximum safety precautions. However, we require testing the TVs before and after the move. We kindly request a few minutes of your moving time to inspect and test the TVs prior to the departure of our movers.

CPUC Booklet: By agreeing to our terms of service, you acknowledge your intent to familiarize yourself with the “Important information for Persons Moving Household Goods” booklet prepared by CPUC. This booklet provides details about the moving process and outlines your consumer rights in the State of California.
